Fifth annual Outside Lands a celebration of music and “all that is the Bay Area”

This year’s Outside Lands music festival featured local food, drink, and art, and boasted performances by Bay Area acts Neil Young and Metallica who, as frontman James Hetfield announced mid-set, were “very grateful to be playing in the backyard of the greatest city.” This year’s line-up also included a surprise appearance by Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir, who joined Norah Jones onstage during her rendition of the Dead’s “It Must Have Been the Roses.” http://bit.ly/NyaMoO
